Warren Buffett's warning: it's easier to get into trouble investing with a sound premise than a false one.

"You can get into a whole lot more trouble in investing with a sound premise than with a false one," says Warren Buffett. A sound premise breeds a "this can't go wrong" mentality — and once money is added to that overconfidence, things can quickly get out of hand.
